Shelbi Arcand, FNP-BC is an Emory-trained Family Nurse Practitioner with a decade in healthcare. She built Clinically Clear to meet women where they are — at home, on their schedule, and on their terms.
Shelbi is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) and a Veterans Administration VANAP-GE Scholar, with ten years in the medical field. She completed her FNP at Emory University's Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing, building on a Bachelor's in Nursing from Western Governors University and earlier nursing degrees from Rasmussen University.
She started Clinically Clear because the standard women's-health visit too often misses what women actually need: time, candor, and a provider who treats education as a clinical tool — not as something to fit in if there's a minute left. Telehealth makes that possible. Visits happen from your kitchen counter, your office, your car if it has to be — wherever's private. The intake is thorough, the appointment isn't rushed, and you leave with a plan you actually understand.
Grounded in integrity, empathy, and a relentless pursuit of excellence, Shelbi's practice centers on patient-centered care for women — built around real conversations, evidence-informed decisions, and the dignity of being heard.
You should leave a visit knowing more than you came in with — about your body, your options, and the why behind every recommendation. Care plans without context don't stick.
Modern healthcare belongs in your hand, not just on the other side of a 6-week-out waiting room. Secure video makes care fit your life — not the other way around.
NP-led, evidence-based, and judgment-free. Real clinical decision-making, communicated like a conversation — not a checklist.
Shelbi is accepting new patients now. Pick a time that works for you and meet her by secure video.
